Starting an Online Business is Hard: How to Invite an Audience as a Nobody
Let’s be real—starting an online business is tough, especially when you don’t have a built-in audience. It feels like you’re shouting into the void, hoping someone hears you. That’s where I am right now. But here’s the truth: everyone starts as a ‘nobody.’ The key to success is how you invite people to join your journey, even when you’re just getting started. It’s not about being famous; it’s about being valuable. I don’t need thousands of followers—I just need to connect with the right people. I’m learning that the key to growth is offering value through helpful content, solving problems, or sharing my unique story. When I focus on providing value, my audience finds me. Starting from scratch isn’t easy, but it’s definitely possible. I stay consistent, keep offering value, and trust that my audience will grow over time. I realize that I don’t need to be famous; I just need to be helpful to the people who need what I’m offering—one customer at a time.
